The project brief involved demolition of the existing dwelling and building a new 4-bedroom contemporary home with swimming pool and double garage.

The design brief was to deliver a simple but modern home that maximised the expansive middle harbour views and northern aspect. Location on private road ensured difficult site access, which Siltala Constructions effectively managed.
